Web page not load-Error DNS

I have 2 internet links (main and secondary), the main one is down and it is 120mb, the second is 40mb but there are some pages that do not load and a DNS error appears, I asked the provider to provide me with the correct DNS but still I can not navigate in all the web pages.

What is the IP of the external DNS resolver you're pointing to? Is it an IP provided by ISP1? What happens if you change it to something ISP independent (eg 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1)?
