WLAN question

Can I have the same public IP assigned to the two WAN (internet) ports on MX68?  I know the best way is to add a second internet connection for back up, but just wondering.

Sorry for the misleading topic subject, I'm not sure how to edit it.

Unless I've missed my mark, that is a firm no.

Is your ISP providing you with a /29 , that would allow each WAN port on the MX to get a unique IP.

The question I ask is, even if you could, why would you? What would you gain from it other than an Ethernet cable redundancy. Unless you have Consuela cleaning your Ethernet cables everyday I'm not sure I see the gain from doing this.
