VoIP Health issue

We have observed that the VOIP Health portal is unable to detect any VOIP server address other than Google's 8.8.8.8. Does anyone have any insights or suggestions on this issue?

Try clearing the filters. I've noticed in my dashboard nothing was showing up until I cleared the search field. Appears it could be a weird gui bug.

Cleared filter many times, it still only shows google.com

I suggest calling support at this point. This is all GUI/Dashboard stuff and your configuration appears to be correct. The only other thing I think you could do is delete and re-add the servers in question to see if that helps.

In addition, I noticed that it always shows STAT :3 OR STAT:2 or STAT:1 after I refresh the page

I'm really amazed that someone is using that feature...

It sounds like you know some tool is better than this. We are looking for a better tool to help address an ongoing issue with BVoIP phone echo. Users frequently report experiencing echo during calls, but we have not been able to replicate the issue during troubleshooting. so we would like to find some tools to monitor their phone service and detect some errors related to this problem

I'm afraid I do not.

I had really big hopes for Insight , I have been a beta user for ages but that product didn't get any love at all since the aquisition of Splunk and Thousand Eye.

Web App Health is mostly useless in SSE/SASE environnement

WAN Health is super exciting but doesn't offer flexibility with alerts and threshold

VOIP Health looks great on paper but relies on ICMP to "monitor" VOIP servers.

This is simply my opinion and my experience with the product. Your mileage may vary.
