Verizon FIOS ICMP packets are not passing through

Hi,

I just got Verizon Business DIA 2 Gig FIOS as a backup.  Has anyone had experience with ICMP packets where they were completely blocked?  Packet trace showed no ICMP packets are going out.  I swapped the ISP connections on the WAN interfaces, still saw the same result.

 

Your input is greatly appreciated.

Where did you take the capture.

If you take it on the mx wan port you should see them leaving, else its more likely something in the mx.

 

You can do a live firewall logging at  tools and see if it gets blocked

Yes. Packet capture was done on the wan interface
