VPN non meraki tunnel not connet

I can reach the central server through the tunnel. However, five days ago my customer informed me that he was unable to reach the server 10.8.10.40.

This is over a VPN, not through the tunnel.

From the headquarters, he cannot reach the server.

I have some doubts that the problem could be related to the load balancing or any problem 

The tunel it is in green any ips from 10.153,10.154....  dosen´t reach the server 10.8.10.40

onRegarding the VPN, some IPs are not coming through the tunnel. I just wanted to share this for your information

It's unlikely to be related to link balancing.

What I suggest in your case is to perform a packet capture to see where the traffic is getting stuck.

Another question, when you say through a VPN, would it be a non-Meraki VPN or a VPN client?

Well, considering I don't know your customer's topology, let's address some important points.

A non-Meraki VPN doesn't participate in Auto VPN, so if you have a non-Meraki VPN configured on Site A and want to access a resource on that VPN through Site B, you won't be able to.

As I said, I don't know if this is your case, because without topology details, the rest is speculation.
