VPN Client for Mac RDP issues

I have been able to setup VPN Client on 2 Mac's and connect to the network. I can see the connection in the dashboard.  One of the Mac's can not ping any device on the network and is connected but the other Mac can ping the devices on the network. When connected with the VPN RDP will not work to access servers or workstations. Using a Windows PC VPN Client and RDP works just fine.

Are you sure this bit was done?

 

"Click OK to go back to the main VPN settings page, then click Advanced and enable the Send all traffic over VPN connection option."

Yes I verified that it was done.
