VPN Client can´t reach network through VPN S2S

Hi All,

I´ve configured a VPN Client on MX64 but the user can´t reach the file server on Azure.

The remote user is under the network 192.168.77.0/24 and the File Server (Azure) is under the network 10.10.4.0/24, and his can reach the corporate network 10.10.1.0/24, Guest network and manage network.

Could you help to do the troubleshooting for this scenario?

best regards,

Claudio Arriagada

Kind of a big deal

If you RDP into the File Server, test some traceroutes through your network. Sounds like the Azure might not have a route to the spoke sites.

Thanks for the tip, really had not put a route to the network 192.168.77.0/24 at Azure network.gw-route.JPGping-file-server-azure.JPG
I added a route and it is now working.
Thank you!
