VPN Client can't access resources

The connection works fine.

The Windows VPN shows a connection.

IP Config shows an IP address

The MX80 logs that the user has logged in, and shows the corresponding email address.

Client cannot ping the MX80 or any other IP address.

MX80 does not show the client listed in Monitor > Clients

This is happening for multiple computers using Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Is there anything listed in the event logs?

Hi SimonSays,

The most common missing parts with VPN client are:

1) No NAT/Identity NAT for traffic between LAN subnet and VPN Client IP/VPN pool.

2) A route for VPN Client IP/VPN pool.

Your description indicating towards the same. Have you cross-checked these parts?
