Use Network Default means that it will use the settings configured in the VLAN, SSID or security appliance policies rather than overriding them.

Then it keeps using the configuration settings from your global network config.
For example if the GP has Bandwidth set to " Use Network Default "
It will use the setting of
sdwan& Traffic shaping > Global bandwidth limits
Per-client limit.
