We are checking the usage of our users and notice a device changing its IP and duplicating the name of a user residing on a different floor within the Head Office, also, it keeps on changing IP from private to public IP. We discovered that it is an uplink connected to our primary firewall. We are suspecting this is causing issue in our network. How to solve this?
I'm not sure I understand, but maybe a device is connected on the WAN side of your network somehow? Maybe you can share some screenshots demonstrating your concern? Just blur out any sensitive data.
