Update email address associated with our system Firewall MX64

I want update to the email address associated with our system Firewall MX64. Beacuse The current email is no longer accessible as the employee has left the organization. What we can do because i also send e-mail to this id support@meraki.com . But this is no longer monitored.

Do you want to update the email you use to access the Meraki dashboard to manage your organization?

I don't believe support will be able to help you with that; for this reason, it's always recommended to have more than one organization administrator.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

You need to log in with an Administrator account, and then you can add/remove other Administrators.

If you don't have any accounts that work, add the old employee's email address as an alias to your email account, perform a Meraki password reset, log in as that account, and then update the Administrators.
