Unplanned reboot on a MX67

Hi,

Since I had deployed the stable on the 28th of June : 18.211.6. I'm experiencing some trouble on my

MX 67 reboots so many times.

You will find some picture in attached file.

Is it a knows issues ?

Is anyone can help me ? It will be with pleasure.

Brice

That cycle indicates that the firmware is trying to apply, fails and retries.  I would revert the upgrade and see if it becomes stable.

Contact support and ask them to verify that the upgrade was successful.  There is some regular event happening and they'll be able to see what it is.

There are no public known issues for MX67s and reboots. The release notes are not always comprehensive and I suggest contacting support so that your issue can be investigated and logged to be fixed if not already known.

As stated above, your best bet is to contact support as they can provide more information.

A couple of additional things you can do are:

 - Check the event logs in the Meraki dashboard to see if there's any relevant events for the MX around that time

 - Download a log dump from the local device admin page of the MX. Support can parse it to get more detail as to the reason for the crash.

The Support will replace me the MX with a RMA , the MX is still on the old firmware and try again and again to apply the new one. It's seams to be linked with a hardware issue.

Best regards for your helps.
