Unblock Sites for Admins

Hello,

How would i unblock a site for admins and keep it blocked for students?  

I wasnt sure if there was a specific place that i could allow access to a user.

I agree with @alemabrahao .  I would block it for everyone and then use group policy to enable it for admins (allow access by exception).
