Unable to load DHCP server - page never loads

Whenever I try to open this DHCP server, the resulting page never loads

I have tried every browser I can, and get the same result

What am I doing wrong?

Is that the mac address from the switch itself? I dont think the switch itself is displayed in the clients list/overview
