Is it possible to exclude segments from a Meraki-umbrella IPSec tunnel?

You can perform a VPN full-tunnel exclusion, but you need to have a  Minimum License Type: Secure SD-WAN Plus or Advance Teleworker

I understand! However, for now it is not possible to acquire a license, that is why I am looking to create an IPSec tunnel and only inject necessary network segments. Will that be possible?
