Stack Multiple Policies for a VLAN based upon a schedule

I need the ability to be able to apply multiple group policies to a VLAN / Network based upon a schedule. 

For example:

VLAN 60 - between 9am - 5pm is assigned Group Policy "AM"

VLAN 60 - between 5pm - 9pm is assigned Group Policy "PM"

vLAN 60 - between 9pm and 9am is assigned Group Policy "OVERNIGHT"

All clients within that VLAN will have the appropriate policy applied during that time.

You need a external server that schedule  API calls/scripts to change it.

Thank you @ww .  I did make a wish, don't know the timeline on this. Can you talk me through a little more regarding the API calls / external server setup?  Any suggestions?

You can change the items of the assigned GP

Or assign a different GP to a vlan
