Solid Orange LED on Meraki Device - No Local Connection

Hello Meraki Community,

This morning, I arrived at the office and noticed that my Meraki device had a solid orange LED. I was unable to connect locally. I accessed the cloud via an alternative internet source and saw a notification that the connection had been down for over 24 hours (I was away for the weekend).

Could anyone advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? I have checked the event log, but I'm not sure how to proceed.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

Your next steps would be a long the lines of:

 - Try to connect to the local status page

-  Verify that your internet connection isn't the cause of the issue (eg. Test with another device)

 - Factory reset the device

If after those you still can't get it connected to the Internet and/or cannot access the local device page, open a case with support via the dashboard or phone.

I connected my PC directly to the Meraki via the Ethernet ports, but the LEDs did not light up, and I have no access to the Meraki MX84. The internet is not the cause of the problem as I am using the same source to connect with another device. I tried to reset the device, but the orange LED remains solid for 30 seconds without rebooting or blinking.

If you've tried factory resetting the MX (link for reference below) and still cannot access the local device page via LAN ports, log a case with support.
