Set all IP addresses from DHCP to static

I need a way on an MX65 to set all ip addresses to static from dynamic without clicking it each time on the website. Is there a way to set the default DHCP to lock the IP address it assigns to static?

In the DHCP settings, you can upload a CSV file that has three sets of values: Client name, MAC address, LAN IP

Edit: or you can max the lease time at 1 week.
