Replacement MX info

In my network, I need to replace my MX84 with an MX95. I’d like to know if, once I remove the MX84 from the network and add the new MX95, the configuration (L3 VLANs, etc.) will be retained, or if I’ll need to reconfigure everything.

Thanks.

Mauro

Most of your config is retained. But you need to reconfigure your VLAN-to-port mapping as this is different on the new device. And the new MX will start with site-to-site VPN disabled.
