Query Regarding Duo Security and Cisco AnyConnect Licenses with Secure SD-WAN Plus

Recently, our customer expressed interest in migrating to Meraki and chose the Secure SD-WAN Plus License. He has a question: does the SD-WAN Plus License include Duo Security and Cisco AnyConnect, or do Duo Security and Cisco AnyConnect require separate licenses?

"Customers are only required to accept terms and conditions of use on the Meraki dashboard after purchasing an AnyConnect license in order to apply it on the MX. There is no linkage of AnyConnect licenses or Smart Accounts to the Meraki Dashboard or MX Appliance."
