Properly move NAT config from existing router

We are transitioning a microtik router to an MX84 and was wondering the proper config for the following:

Two WAN Ports

Route all traffic from one vlan (guestwifi - 192.168.4.x) to uplink 2

Route all regular traffic (192.168.1.x) to uplink 1
