Prioritize LAN traffic based on WAN intereface

Is it possible to create a policy or rule that will traffic shape LAN traffic based on Active WAN interface on MX's?

For instance,  On WAN1 Failover to WAN2 active, can I prioritize a host, vlan, or subnet traffic and deprioritize/limit Host, vlan, or subnet?

Ultimately trying to prioritize Point of sales Traffic, and limit guest traffic when LTE modem takes over

Take a look at this.

There is a 2nd firewall rulebase for lte you could deny traffic there for the build inLTE wan, meraki support can make this firewall work for wan2.

You cant make custom rules to lower  bandwidth/ prioritize traffic for the subnet specific for wan2
