Ping Client VPN from Vlan data

HI,

ive got a Vlan 20 where i have my servers.From the vlan 10 attached to the MX i need to ping a Client VPN but i cannot.

Considering that firewall side i have all opened.. what it could be?

Is it a windows client? By default they have a local firewall not allowing incoming traffic( ping)
