I’m working from home using AVAYA 3 line phone through Meraki and my phone suddenly stopped making outbound calls. How do I fix?
Are u able to access internet? and are u able to ping de avaya ucm? I supposed that u have a VPN tunnel, have u check if is it up?

it worked fine the first day
I shut the whole system down with power strip
turned it all back on the next morning and no outbound call but I can make in bound company calls
I am connected to the internet through the meraki
And you you have your VPN to your company up?
I set it up how they told me
everything worked the first day
I’m not in IT, just trying to find a solution. Everyone is going home so I waited 1o hours for a contact today
I think that the best way for you is contacting IT or Meraki Support to check those features. It appears to be a VPN issue.

I second this answer, if the Meraki was given by your IT then I would call them, if it's yours I would call Meraki support
