Office 365 Activation is blocked

Just started using MX64 with group policy rules. Office 365 will not activate.

In layer 7 firewall rules there is an option "Productivity" -> "Office 365", but it only has a "deny" option. Can I create an "allow" rule in the layer 7 firewall??

Any other advice on how to allow Office 365 activation?

If you didn't  block anything (content filter/L3/L7 firewal ) then it should be allowed.

Also check your security center for hits on ids/amp

It seems the only user with the issue is running Office 365 on an old windows 7 pc. Not sure why it's an issue now, but Office 365 works fine on all our Windows 10 PC's. Time to upgrade the old PC to Windows 10.
