NAT VPN with non meraki peer

We are using ASA and is now migrating to Cisco Meraki.

Currently a S2S VPN tunnel exists in ASA where the local subnets (172.16.x.x) NAT to 10.0.x.x IP and is send to VPN tunnel. Remote Peer device accepts request from 10.0.x.x only.
We need to achieve the same in Meraki (remote end is not meraki). Is there any option available via CLI or GUI for this.
