Meraki showing 'Bad Gateway', no internet connectivity

I had a brief internet outage, and when I looked at the MX68, it's showing solid orange.  I restarted it, and now its showing solid white.

When I look at the log it says 'Bad Gateway', 'No Internet Connectivity' around the time it happened.

Is this a problem with the Meraki or my ISP?  I'm calling Meraki support, but no one is picking up.

hi @tantony more than likely your IPS

Info taken from Meraki event log documentation

https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/Meraki_Event_Log

Bad Gateway: Events related to communication issues with the gateway.

  • There are two reasons why this event would be logged:
    • No_lan_connectivity - The gateway is not responding to ARP requests
    • No_inet_connectivity - The Internet and/or DNS connectivity tests are not passing

Did you lose internet connectivity at the same time?

Yes, I belive its my ISP, but just want to make sure.  I didn't make any changes to Meraki.

More than likely your ISP if the device suddenly unregisters and alerts.
