Meraki VPN connectivity is not up with 5G Wireless modem internet connection

Hi,

We have installed multiple Meraki MX64 for 5 sites and Internet connectivity for all sites connected via 5G and 4G modems.

It works fine with other connection which are ISP connection, only issue is between 4G/5G to 4G/5G site to site vpn.

Is there any other configuration need to be done on Meraki or 5G modem?

Note: It is separate wireless 5G modems with SIM Card in it.

I have to inform ISP to assign static IP. After routable ip it works.
