Meraki Support Case Page Not Loading – Showing “No Data”

Iam facing an issue with the Meraki Dashboard → Support → Cases page.

The page is not loading properly and is showing “No Data”, even after multiple refresh attempts. Due to this, I’m unable to view or create support cases.

 

If there is any ongoing dashboard issue?

The issue affecting the ability to open new cases and view existing cases in the Meraki Dashboard has now been fully resolved. All case‑related functionality is operating normally.

Yes, I have the same problem. At one point it did load the case list, but when clicking into one it failed to load with this error: There was a problem loading this support case. If the issue continues, please contact support.

…but the support page itself isn’t loading 🤷‍.

Have you by any chance pushed a change that has actually completely broken the dashboard ?!
