Meraki Mx64

Hi everyone!

I have new to use Cisco Meraki ... I have recently join a new organization there they are already running meraki security Mx64 appliance at their Dubai office and I want to add new meraki mx 64 in meraki dashboard... After adding device how do I connect these devices with each other. 

Please help to connect these two devices.

Meraki MX devices are security gateways. Only 1 is allowed in each Meraki network.
You won't be able to add a second one unless it is acting simply as a backup to the primary one - (see hot spare).

What are you trying to achieve with the second MX?

I want to connect to MX appliance with other through internet/WAN.

How can I get this ... 

Through passthrough mode or by creating a auto VPN ?

Here you typically build another Meraki-network in the dashboard (one per site). Both networks have a MX and with AutoVPN you can connect them to exchange data between both sites.
