Meraki MX68 Require Reset Factory For The First Setup

Hi there,

I face an issue, for Meraki MX68 only. For the set up (initialize) it required to reset to default factory then it can get DHCP and connect to the cloud. If not reset, MX68 cannot reach to the cloud. We face around 30 MX68, did someone experience and how to fix it?
I have open case with TAC, but they don't have any solutions.
Note: This issue happened when use NGFW as upstream firewall, for Mikrotik or TP-Link it can reach to the cloud normal.
