Meraki Dashboard is currently showing all users not connected VIA AnyConnect VPN

Is anyone else out there having issues showing in the Meraki Dashboard that all users are offline through there AnyConnect / Cisco Secure Client VPN connection.    

They show that they are not connected but I have contacted over 20 users and they all say they are connected through AnyConnect VPN.

Is something going wrong with Meraki's Dashboard showing online users????

Is there somewhere I can readily check this if Meraki is having issues??

All these users are connected but in the dashboard it shows that no one is connected......

Are you running a current stable or better firmware on your MX?

I just checked an MX105 running 18.107.5 on shard n762 and it was showing the status correctly.

Same here. Shard n176, everything is completely fine.
