MX75 IPv6 BGP Flapping without any IPv6

I am experiencing high CPU load on a MX75, and my main suspect is that there is multiple messages of BGP sessions being established and closing using IPv6. But this keeps going even when I disable my only uplink with IPv6.

Another interesting thing is that there is always also this message of events that we not logged.
I have disabled IPv6 in all my VLANs under "Addressing & VLANs".

Can't disable BGPv6 even if you don't support / route ipv6. I still understand why. 

But you high device utilization is probably fixed in the latest FW versions.
