MX68 with MR44 attached, arp is not working betwen the two device in same location

I have a site with MX68 and a MR44 attached. when site first boots up all user connecting to wifi on MR44 can talk to server connecting to MX68 but after a while, maybe 8 hr, it all stops. arp table on the MR44 looks like this below. it seems broadcast arp is not working between the two devices. anyone seen this before?

That sounds like a firmware bug.  Are both devices current a currentl stable (or better) firmware release?

yes they are both on the latest firmware. Meraki support thinks it's a bug as well.
