We'd like only allow a computer with a specific MAC address to connect some ports on MX68, Can anyone tell how to do it?

Thanks

You can't, you can restrict only in MS.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

You can configure an Access Policy on a MX port in Access mode to use MAC Authentication Bypass, but it will require a RADIUS server.

Other than that, there is no way to restrict MAC addresses on an MX switch port.

Create a firewall rule that does a "deny any any".  Then apply the "Allow" group policy to the one specific client you want to allow access.
