MX67 in Dashboard case submission no longer works

MX67 in Dashboard case submission no longer works

Seems that submitting a case from the Help -> Cases menu no longer works.  I've tried twice now, and my case does not show up.  This use to work and I have past cases show but no new ones get created. MX67 on MX 17.8.  Anyone else noticed this behavior?

Turns out that Cisco had my customer ID messed up and was not attributed to my license properly.  They got that squared away and I am now able to submit cases via the dashboard.

Haven't had to raise a case lately, but normally that's how I would do it.
