MX67 Internet port can not received ip

Hi community.

please understand that English is not my first language.

MX67 can't received ip

ISP device config maybe DHCP setting

because if i do pc connect to direct ISP device then PC receive ip and can serviced internet

customer also have LTE device

I see the problem here

when i connect internet port to LTE device

internet port can receive ip. but ISP device connect to MX67 internet port MX cannot receive ip and port link up(if connect LAN PORT 2, MX can receive ip and link up)

Why is this problem happening?

i done change MX device, reboot and reset but same symptoms

can you give me some advice?

Uplink priority exchange internet 1 and lan 2.

and then there is no problem the network

Is the MX new or second-hand? Have you tried doing a factory reset?

im done factory reset, reboot and change new MX device.

BUT same symptoms.

so there is no mx matter i think

at local page status internet is connected to the internet.

and connect to the meraki cloud

If it's connected to the Meraki cloud I didn't understand the issue.
