MX64 with a MG21E as failover on wan2. How to allow Client VPN ?

Hi, have a MX64 and on wan 2 there is a MG21E. Have forwardet 1-65535 on TCP and UPD on the MG21E. Things like RDP function okey, but how to get the MX64 Cleint VPN to work when the failover (MG21E) is in use?
