Hi @Tehsin , firstly, is the MX registered out to the cloud and operational?
Are you using DDNS on the MX, are you connecting in via host name or IP?
Are you seeing the vpn traffic hit your internet interface on the MX? You should be able to see this via a packet capture.
if you’re not seeing that traffic your net gear may need to be configured with port forwarding for the vpn traffic. Ports 500 and 4500
