Assume I have the following 3 Meraki devices:

HQ: MX#1 as a VPN concentrator
Branch1: MR SSID_HQ performing SSID Tunneling to HQ MX#1, assume clients connecting to this MR SSID_HQ will get vlan_10_subnet IP thru MX#1 local vlan 10 thru DHCP
Branch2: MX#2 with local subnet_2 performing Auto VPN to MX#1

Can MR SSID_HQ clients in vlan_10_subnet reach subnet_2 in Branch2 ?

In terms of routing the answer is yes.
