MX Power Cable Types

Hi Guys

It seems like a simple issue but I can't find documentation for it.  I need to order power cables for the following devices.

MX250

MX95

MX85

I know some MX require the C15 connector and others require C13.  Can you tell me which ones from the list require C15?

Thanks

C15 and C13 are compatible. Does this overview help further?

Awesome, I didn't consider the C15 to be compatible with the C13 but it obviously is as the C15 just has a notch cut out.  Good spot and thanks.

The pattern will depend on your country of origin.

See the MX67 and MX68 datasheet for example (In the Accessories section) how the part number is defined.

So it would be interesting for you to check the datasheet for each model.

According to the datasheet, MX's take the power cable MA-PWR-CORD-US which is a C13 cable.

If I remember correctly it's only some Meraki switches that take C15 cables.

I concur - I have only seen some of the switches using a C15.

After speaking with other internal engineers, we have some MX250 and MX450 with C15.
