MX Firewall Settings for VOIP

I'm testing a VOIP service that requires a response to a SIP challenge. It seems to be blocked at the firewall for some reason. They are using port 5080. I've tried creating a port forwarding rule, but that doesn't seem to work. My end point is still not getting registered on the VOIP servers. Is there a firewall rule that I should create to make this work?

I would open up a case with support. Most likely the IPS/IDS or AMP could be blocking this. A packet capture and internal digging within the MX would need to be done to confirm this. Once they find the culprit as to what is blocking this they can override it to get it to work.

That sounds unusual to me.  Can you post a packet capture?

Also if you are not running 13.28, I would strongly recommend upgrading to that release.
