Customer is asking for config backup of Meraki firewall. Where can we get the config backup?

Meraki configuration is cloud-hosted and automatically backed up by Cisco. If you'd like a manual record or export, we can clone the network, use the API to export key settings, or provide a configuration document with screenshots or CSV exports.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Here to help

As alembarhao said API is one option, the below API solution is one of the recommended options by cisco

www.boundlessdigital.com

I think you can also sell it as part of the Cisco Quote, it is available in Cisco Price list.

We use https://www.backupmeraki.com/ - not sponsored, just a good product and reasonably priced.

Meraki is not like your standard locally managed firewall. It's fully cloud managed.

Another easy solution is to copy the network to a new network.  That will capture all of the settings.
