The MX82 is no longer a current model.  This is the spec sheet for the current MX84:

You can buy either an "Enterprise" licence which does basic firewall and SDWAN, or an "Advanced Security" licence which enables malware scanning, content filtering, etc.  There is a more detailed break down:

I understand Cisco Meraki does not have any MX-82 Model as of now. The nearest I can think of is MX 84 which available for now.

MX 84 is a security appliance (UTM).

It offers various services like Web Caching, VPN Server, DHCP Server, VLANs, Content Filtering, L3 & L7 Firewall and many more.... The device can be configured with various features depending on your requirement or network topology.

All products of Cisco Meraki requires a cloud license to work. You may buy the same along with the Product or may be buy it separately.

Thank you very much, but is it possible to buy the Meraki MX 84 and used without the license if yes, the option of web caching will be operational because in reality I need this option to solve a time either little concern about the speed of my network.
The cost of the license is high my structure (SME).

The appliance will not work - at all - without a licence.

On the whole, transparent web caching is a useless technology these days.  Most content is not cache-able.  On the whole I would not advise clients to use web caching.

As Philip suggests "Cisco Meraki do not work with out License".

However the solution is extremely awesome from the point of Analytics.

It gives you in depth information about how the network is utilized. This information is very useful to define and decide

What to be allowed? What to be blocked"

Who should have more bandwidth?

What applications and services to be allowed to users selectively and at what speed?

To summarize the network utilization can be shaped so that the resources can be used for productive purposes.

Incase you have budget challenges you may start with Enterprise license and upgrade to Advanced (However Advanced is recommended)
