Layer 7 Firewall Rule correction

Hi,

We're using an external mail provider (web based) and we recently found that the public ip of our provider is being classified as P2P.

I really don't want to unblock P2P in my firewall but how do I allow our partner's ip thru our firewall or maybe undeclassify their public ip as eDonkey and or P2P?

Thanks

I'm in 16.16.4 which I assume is the latest.

I opened a case and according to Meraki they really can't declassify the ip in its eDonkey status and I'll just have to allow eDonkey if I really need the traffic.

Which MX firmware are you running? There has been a lot of work to get the new L7 classifications right in the current versions.

You can't.
