Is EVE coming to the MX range?

See article about Cisco 4200s getting EVE this year - Https traffic inspection without decryption.

Interesting 🤔 Seems more likely be to be added to Umbrella than run natively on the MX me thinks

No, EVE has nothing to do with Umbrella. It's something like Encrypted Traffic Analytics (enriched Netflow data from switches going to Secure Network Analytics) for the Firewall line. Highly interesting topic!

I'd love to see this on the MX line but wouldn't hold my breath until we get it. 😉

Meraki would have to realize that the MX is a firewall to see a use case for adding this functionality. But definitely, it would be nice to see this added.
