Ipsec wiht non meraki peer

We are moving to Meraki MX95 Hub with MX 68 spokes.

One of our vendors is going to require me to setup and IPSec Tunnel no issue there.  But in doing my research I am not able how to find set up NAT with a non Meraki peer?

Any thoughts or pointing my in the proper direction would be greatly appreciated.

It's no possible to configure NAT for non Meraki VPN.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Strictly speaking it's not supported to run site-to-site VPN subnet translation with a non-Meraki peer.   You may find that it works (Last time I checked, it did - but that was a couple of years ago), but it may not always do so - particularly if you're upgrading firmware - and Meraki Support will not really be able to assist, in the event of any difficulties.
