Integration with CloudShark?

This has been ongoing issue of mine for a few months now, interested to know if anyone else has had a similar issue.


I've been trying to integrate Meraki's packet capture with CloudShark for a while, and I've followed the steps on their guide accordingly. However, when I run the packet capture, it runs for a few seconds, then displays the following error:



When confronting CloudShark about it, they assured me that the correct SSL certificate IS present and updated. Does anyone know what else could be causing this error? I have been unable to get a hold of a Meraki representative.

I don't know the answer.


Contacting your Meraki representative is the wrong way to go.  You need to open a support case instead.
