Ask to be knowledgeable. I would like to ask if DNS Bad has an effect on load bacance or not and why bad DNS causes.
This shows it is from an MS. It wont stop the MS form working.
If it was an MX that had dual uplinks, it would probably cause the uplink with the failing DNS to not be used.
Check the DNS connectivity in that case.
I face the same issue sometimes and I figured out that the ISP was facing some sort of Internet issue. Anyway, the MX won't lose Dashboard connectivity.
