What do you mean with customer doesn't work? Could you please explain the real issue?

Do you have any rule blocking ICMP?

I performed a test here and It worked as expected. Check your firewall rules or with your ISP.

Hello, I haven't set up any rules for FW.

The customer receives connectivity when he connects to his router directly.

But is this causing any problems or is the network operating normally? Open a support case.
